He has facilitated the sale of roughly 650 loans totaling more than $250MM in UPB during his time with the firm, delivering strong execution and disciplined portfolio performance. James oversees pricing, distribution, and investor engagement for all DSCR production, ensuring that every loan is positioned for optimal market execution.
